I wished that Dr. Slaughter would share her new gained information with the Instructional Coaches as well as the AP.

Project Red indicated there were primarily two principles that Leadership impacted the successful implemenatation of any technological change.  They are:

• "Leaders provide time for teacher professional learning and collaboration at least monthly.
• Principal training: Principals are trained in teacher buy-in, best practices, and technology-transformed learning."

I feel this PLU could be steps to the second principle, or at least I think so.
